Completed in 2020, the low-rise building contains 59 residences set along Biscayne Bay on the western side of Miami Beach Island. Jean Nouvel's design incorporates an extensive aquatic ecosystem integrated into the building's landscaping and amenity spaces, blending architecture with the natural waterfront environment.
